PRIVACY POLICY

When you make a booking at HinesTours.com, and you provide us with your personal information, you can rest assured that your privacy is protected.Your Credit card information’s and Privacy is our highest priority.Customer information is strictly confidential. Credit card numbers are submitted directly to the credit card organizations.We have a secure connection. We use Verisign as our SSL certificate issuer. Your information can’t be read by anyone outside of our company when you make an order.

We want to make sure that your credit card booking is just as safe as making a purchase in an offline retail store. We will not give, sell, or tell any customers credit card information’s to any third parties under any circumstances.

We use your information solely to process your credit card payment, to communicate with you, and to periodical compile broad demographic and web site usage information about our customers in general that does not contain anything that could be used to identify you personally.

We are obligated to fully cooperate with federal and international authorities that prosecute credit card fraud. We will give complete information on all fraudulent credit card transactions. This is for your protection! We want to make sure that no one unauthorized uses your card.

Cancellation & Refund Policies for Hines Tours:

Hines Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour with a 100% full refund for affected customers. This is very unlikely and Hines Tours will make every effort to maintain normal operation.

There are absolutely no exceptions to our cancellation policies. There is no refund for inability to complete a tour for any reason. No/Late shows will be charged in full and no refunds or tour credits will be given. It is your responsibility to make sure you are at the pickup location on time. Hines Tours reserves the right to reassign your seat without affecting our cancellation policy. Any cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Hines Tours.

To make a reservation for a multi day driving tour a deposit per person must be received at the time of the reservation. Full payment must be received latest 21 days before the tour start date, or the reservation will be considered cancelled with loss of the deposit.

No refunds will be allowed if you are refused to board the bus/van because:

You appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You display an inability to care for yourself.
You display a conduct which may disrupt the pleasure or safety of other tour participants or Hines Tours employees.

ONE DAY TOURS Cancellation Fees (Per Person)

30 days or more before departure - $25

8 to 29 day days before departure - 50% of tour price

7 days or less before departure - No refund or tour credit

MULTI DAY DRIVING TOURS Cancellation Fees (Per Person)

61 days or more before departure - $25

22 – 60 days before departure - Loss of deposit.

8 – 21 days before departure - 50% of tour price

7 days or less before departure - No refund or tour credit.

MULTI DAY FLYING TOURS Cancellation Fees (Per Person)

30 days or more before departure - Loss of deposit

15 – 29 days before departure - 50% of tour price

14 days or less before departure - No refund or tour credit.

(We reserve the right to change the departure time or return arrival time with up to 3 hours from the original planned itinerary. This would only happen if the airline changes the itinerary, or if we have to find another airline because the original airline changes the itinerary with more than 3 hours difference.)

Hines Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary, plans and arrangements for the tour without prior notice, if in the judgment of Hines Tours it becomes advisable to do so for any reasons. Such alterations may be made without any compensation to tour participants.

Who can participate: Our tours are based on leisure adventure. Anyone in relatively good health can take part. We strongly recommend though that people with the following medical conditions do NOT join our tour: Recent surgery, Muscle injuries affecting walking, High blood pressure, Previous Heart attacks, Difficulties with ascending and descending stairs. No pets are allowed on any of our tours.

Children: Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult above 18 years of age. Please see individual tours for age restrictions.

Liability: Hines Tours LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any injuries, loss, damage, accidents, delays, irregularities, inconvenience by a defect coach, traffic conditions, access to sites, any additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. Tour participants will have to sign a Liability release form before joining the tour.

Changes: Hines Tours LLC reserves the right to alter the itinerary, plans and arrangements for the tour if, in the judgment of Hines Tours Inc. it becomes advisable to do so for any reasons.
