Terms and Conditions of reservation and Privacy Policy for Hines Tours, Inc.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure, 50% refund. No refunds or credits will be made for any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to departure. No shows will be charged in full. It is your responsibility to make sure you are at the pickup location on time. Hines Tours Inc. reserves the right to cancel any tour with a 100% full refund for affected customers. This is very unlikely; Hines Tours will make every effort to maintain normal operation.
Who can participate: Our tours are based on leisure adventure. Anyone in relatively good health can take part. We strongly recommend though that people with the following medical conditions do NOT join our tour: Recent surgery, Muscle injuries affecting walking, High blood pressure, Previous Heart attacks, Difficulties with ascending and descending stairs. No pets are allowed on any of our tours.
Children: Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult above 18 years of age. Please see individual tours for age restrictions.
Passengers with disabilities: Due to the fact that most of the venues visited are natural habitats, there is only wheelchair or stroller accessibility for tour 5. Wheelchair has to be in the luggage room under the bus during the bus ride.
Liability: Hines Tours Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any injuries, loss, damage, accidents, delays, irregularities, inconvenience by a defect coach, traffic conditions, access to sites, any additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. Tour participants will have to sign a Liability release form before joining the tour.
Changes: Hines Tours Inc. reserves the right to alter the itinerary, plans and arrangements for the tour if, in the judgment of Hines Tours Inc. it becomes advisable to do so for any reasons.

Customer information is strictly confidential. Credit card numbers are submitted directly to the credit card organizations.
